The Crucible Newbury is proud to present our Saturday Round Robin Darts Tournament<\/strong>, a unique 10-week competition designed to reward consistency, performance, and commitment throughout the season.<\/p>

Whether you’re a seasoned county player, a league regular, or simply looking to test yourself against other local players, our Round Robin format offers competitive darts, great prizes, and a fantastic social atmosphere every Saturday afternoon.<\/p>

Tournament Overview<\/h2>
  • Starts:<\/strong> 4th July<\/li>
  • Duration:<\/strong> 10 Weeks<\/li>

  • Weekly Entry Fee:<\/strong> \u00a35<\/li>
  • Registration Time:<\/strong> 12:45pm<\/li>

    • \u00a350 added to the final cash payout every week<\/li>
    • \u00a310 from each player’s registration goes into the main competition prize fund<\/li>

      • Highest Checkout<\/li>

        Competition Format<\/h2>

        Each week, players will be entered into a blind draw<\/strong> and placed into one of four groups.<\/p>

        Group Stage<\/h3>

        Players compete within their group in a series of matches played over the day.<\/p>

        • Matches are played as Best of 3 Legs<\/strong><\/li>
        • Points are awarded based on finishing position within the group<\/li>
        • The top two players from each group<\/strong> qualify for the knockout stages<\/li><\/ul>

          Tie-Break Rules<\/h3>

          If players finish level on points in the group stage, a tie-break will be used.<\/p>

          Each tied player will throw 9 darts<\/strong>, with the highest total score securing the higher finishing position.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          Season Rankings<\/h2>

          All points earned throughout the tournament are recorded and accumulated across the full 10-week season.<\/p>

          The overall league table will determine the final standings and prize payouts at the end of the competition.<\/p>
